Click Here For More Specific Information On:

Submitted by: Nichole Kelso

So here are 5 simple action methods that you simply can implement in your business building routine to grow to turn into an amazing network marketer recruiter.

5 Step Action Plan to be Wonderful at Network Marketing Recruiting

1. Pick Up the Phone and Dial- I remember when I was little kid. You had to spot your finger inside a slot with a corresponding number and turn a dial to be able to get in touch with a person. You have possibly observed a number of thoughs retro throw back phones that you can connect to your iPhone, which resemble the phones that I am talking about from back inside the day. I’m possibly dating myself, ha ha ha. What I’m alluding to is the fact that you need to call back your leads, and ask them why they’re interested in working with you at this time in their lives. You also should personally show them your opportunity and invite them to take action with you.

2. What’s Their “Why”- Actually listen for your prospect and establish whats in it for them to use your services or turn out to be a component of your network marketing team. You can inform them all about you and your qualifications but if you do not truly hear their reason for wanting to grow to be a effective portion of the business team, then you not know the best way to show them that getting portion of one’s team is going to benfit them in the way that they want. For example, are they trying to find more time freedom, to ensure that they’re able to travel the world and not be tied to a desk? Are they looking for a way to supplement their revenue and work a organization on a portion time basis, or are they seeking a method to replace a lost retirement earnings? In case you listen to their demands and desires, you are going to be much better equipped in to share the advantages of working with you.

3. Do not Be Scared on the Word “No”- You realize, not absolutely everyone you speak to about your network marketing business will be enthusiastic about joining with you right away, but almost everybody you talk to will know an individual else who may thinking about what you might have to offer you. Plus, you would like to bear in mind not to start a partnership along with your business chance, but instead begin with giving useful information on how the person you happen to be talking with can advantage some way from knowledge that you’ve learned in developing your company. So do not forget, even though you get a no, not interested, ask if that person knows an individual who may be, and ask for their details so that you might get in touch with them too.

4. I Like Your Smile- Are you drawn to somebody who features a amazing smile or even a excellent attitude, who’s positive, upbeat and energetic? Most of the people are. It really is no secrets that a good attitude and self-assurance attracts other individuals who desire to have that exact same vibe or power for themselves. So remember, stay enthusiastic about your company and also the worth that you just can provide to other people. You will see that guys and females all over the world want energetic support, a friendly face and voice, to help them in their quest for good results in organization and in life.

5. Continuity is Key- Once you find that network marketing method that is really working for you, and also you are garnering lead right after lead, do not stop it, duplicate it. For instance, are you currently releasing marketing videos weekly which are generating views, where individuals click via for your internet site and sign up for your free provide? Then retain carrying out that, don’t change your strategy since it really is functioning. You’ll be able to work on generating the conversion rate of you strategy greater, and genuinely turn into very good at netwrok marketing recruiting using that 1 strategy first, then feasible moving on to incorporating other strategies.

Apple collecting location data from iPhone, iPad

Saturday, April 23, 2011

Apple Inc.’s iPhone and iPad periodically send location information back to the company, according to new reports. The data is transmitted to a secure database that only it can access, Apple claims.

Bruce Sewell, an attorney for Apple, sent a letter to two US Representatives last year, discussing the company’s data collection techniques and policies. The thirteen-page letter states that location information is recorded and sent to Apple every twelve hours, but only if the user enables the device’s location settings.

Apple began building a location database of its own when it decided to stop using similar services offered by Google & SkyHook Wireless. Location data is used in social networking applications and call routing.

In a statement to the Associated Press, Democratic Massachusetts Representative Edward Markey said, “Apple needs to safeguard the personal location information of its users to ensure that an iPhone doesn’t become an iTrack.”

Such data collection is not unique to Apple. Google’s Android operating system uses similar technology to provide location-based services to its users. Google has said that it also uses the data collected to provide accurate traffic data through its “Maps” applications on both Apple and Android devices. However, the company declined to comment on the latest findings regarding its data collection.

Apple was also recently in the spotlight after it was discovered that the iPhone and iPad were retaining location data on the device itself. This information is collected in an unencrypted file and is not transmitted elsewhere. The data file reportedly contains a variety of information, including longitude and latitude, cell phone tower identification data, wireless hotspot identification, and timestamps.

Aurora Borealis caused by electrical space tornadoes

Wednesday, April 29, 2009

THEMIS space probes discovered that the Northern lights are seen when electrical tornadoes, rotating faster than a million miles an hour, hover about 40,000 miles (60,000 km) above the earth. The energy spins down to the Earth’s ionosphere where the tornadoes become unstable, and interact with the Earth’s magnetic field.

Professor Karl-Heinz Glassmeier, director of the Institute for Geophysics and Extraterrestrial Physics in Braunschweig, Germany, explains, “When these space tornadoes reach the upper atmosphere their enormous energy heats the air so strongly it starts glowing. That is what generates the aurorae.”

“It is here that all the energy is released, forming the aurorae. What we see as beautiful lights and colors are actually the product of a violent electrical storm in space. While these electrical discharges do not cause any direct harm to humans, they can damage man-made structures such as power transformers and communications systems,” said Andreas Keiling, a physicist at the University of California at Berkeley.

Time History of Events and Macroscale Interactions during Substorms (THEMIS) are five probes launched by NASA in February 2007, which orbited Earth recording the volume and electrical current which was higher than 100,000 amperes.

Scientists had previously concluded that aurorae are caused by electrically charged particles discharged as solar winds from the sun which interact with the Earth’s magnetic field. However, these solar discharges strike the Earth where the sun is shining and the aurorae occur in the opposite hemisphere and are visible in the night sky.

This anomaly was cleared up by THEMIS satellites which showed that the Earth’s magnetic field held the charged particles before deflecting them from the day side of the planet across to the opposite side of the planet where the particles massed into huge clouds. There the accumulated charge expands continuously until finally the cloud becomes unstable releasing its energy as a geomagnetic tornado which travels down towards the earth along magnetic field lines becoming visible as aurorae in the sky.

The scientists presented their findings at the European Geosciences Union (EGU) in Vienna, Austria just this week.

Japanese earthquake death toll surpasses ten thousand

Friday, March 25, 2011

The death toll from the Sendai earthquake has now increased to over ten thousand. In Japan, the National Police Agency has stated that 10,019 are now known to have been killed as a result of the disaster.

The Agency also reported that 2,775 had been injured and the location of 17,541 individuals was unknown. Meanwhile, 1,900 evacuation sites are now thought to be occupied by approximately a quarter of a million people.

When the event happened two weeks ago, 18,000 thousand households were destroyed and 130,000 were damaged by the earthquake and the subsequent tsunami. In spite of this, twelve of the fifteen north-eastern ports of Japan have recommenced operating, while the majority of the oil terminals of the country remained open, according to Inchcape Shipping Services.

Amongst the aftermath of the earthquake, plant number 3 at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant is suspected to have been damaged and may be releasing radiation. The Japanese government have reported that an ongoing investigation is occurring to attempt to discover the cause of the radiation leak at the power plant. Chinese authorities have reported two Japanese tourists were found to have levels of radiation “seriously exceeding limits” on their clothing and luggage. In Tokyo, the amount of radiation in the supply of water has decreased, however it remains high in various parts of the north of Japan.

According to BBC News Online, two workers were hospitalised because of the leak. The Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), who operate the building, reported that three employees placing electrical cables at the location were given treatment for being exposed to radioactive water; they had experienced ten thousand times the regular amount of radioactivity. Of those three men, beta rays caused two of them to receive burns. The two individuals did not stop working despite meters advising of unsafe radiation levels. It was later discovered that they were wearing inadequate protective footwear and failed to draw their attention to a radiation alert. TEPCO has since received government orders to improve worker management.

The radiation emitted from the plant has had a significant effect on the Japanese food industry. In the surrounding areas of the plant, shipments of foodstuffs have been prohibited. In Fukushima prefecture, residents have been advised not to consume eleven leafy green vegetable types produced locally due to radiation concerns. There has also been a significant decrease in customer demand at a fish market in Tsukiji.

Japanese product importers have discovered some foodstuffs to have a small radiation amount, which is not thought to be potentially deadly. Numerous Asian countries, the European Union, Australia, Russia and the United States have prohibited milk items, seafood and vegetables from being imported from various Japanese prefectures.

Closing the power plant down may take at least one month to achieve. Speaking to AFP, an individual talking on behalf of TEPCO stated that the company is “still in the process of assessing the damage at the plant, so that we can’t put a deadline on when the cooling operations will work again”. Residents living within thirty kilometres of the plant have been advised to avoid going outdoors to attempt to prevent radiation exposure as far as possible.

Gift Buying Guide Watches

By Ronnie Adolf

With the holidays fast approaching, the perfect gift for those special people around you is moving to the front of your mind. Finding the perfect gift however, can sometimes be a difficult task especially for those people who have everything. One classic, thoughtful gift that is always a hit is a new watch. With the fast paced world we all navigate every day, time management is more important than ever. Here are some tips for buying a new watch that can arm you with the proper knowledge to choose the perfect timepiece.

The first thing to consider when buying a watch is the material of both the case and the band. Here are some things to consider: the case of the watch is what actually protects the dial and keeps the watch moving. Most watch cases are made of some type of metal. Stainless steel is the most popular and cost efficient material. It is durable yet attractive. Another option is Titanium which has become more popular in the recent years. Titanium is much lighter than stainless steel but is a lot lighter. Of course, there are also watches out there whose cases are made of 12K, 14K and 18K gold. Keep in mind that the higher grades of gold are not as durable so consider usage when making your selection.

In addition to case material, also consider the band material. Bands come in two distinct styles bracelet and strap. A strap watch is a great everyday style watch that can be dressed up or down. You can find straps that come in leather, fabric or nylon. Some sport watches come with rubber straps designed to stand up to heavy outdoor activity. A bracelet style watch comes in any type of precious metal you could imagine: stainless steel, titanium, platinum and gold. If this watch is only going to be worn to the office or on special occasions, a less durable more precious metal is a great, luxurious option. If the watch will be for everyday wear however, make sure you choose a metal that can stand up to everyday wear and tear.

The next piece of knowledge to have about watches is what type of movement it possesses. There are 3 different types of movement that include Quartz, mechanical and automatic. Quartz movement watches are battery powered and rely on a quartz crystal to move the watch hands in time. This type of movement is typically found in the more affordable style watches and the battery will typically have to be replaced every 1 years or so. A mechanical movement watch uses a spring mechanism that you wind by hand. While you will occasionally have to re-wind your watch, if you buy a high quality mechanical watch, it can last for decades. The final type of movement is automatic. These watches utilize the energy produced by the arm of the person wearing the watch. This is a great option for anyone interested in new, fun technologies and does have the option of a manual wind-up.

There are so many different styles of watches at every price point making it the perfect gift choice for anyone. If you take a few minutes to really think about the person receiving the watch and how they will use it, the watch you give them can last them for many years. Dont become overwhelmed when browsing the cases and stick to your guns when making a decision. If you stay true to your instincts and allow the sales staff to aid you in your decision rather than make it for you, there is no doubt you will walk away a happy customer.

Commercial Real Estate Definitions From O To Z

Click Here For More Specific Information On:

By Dave Lewis

Commercial real estate is distinctly different from residential real estate. The terminology is very different and here is a list of new terms from O to Z.

Commercial Terms

Operating Expenses: Just as it sounds, operating expenses are those costs associated with operating a commercial property. Contract and state law typically govern the exact nature of the operating expenses.

Partition Wall: A wall built in the internal area of a suite to divide the general space. For instance, offices built during a tenant improvement project with have partition walls separating them.

Punch List: A punch list runs part and parcel with a walk through of completed construction work. The construction company and client will walk through the area and complete a punch list of items that need to be fixed or modified. .

Shell Space: The interior of a commercial building that has been completed, but does not yet have any tenant build outs. The shell space generally refers to this gross square footage regardless of whether tenant improvements have occurred or not.

Substantial Completion: Notice given by a contractor to the client indicating the property has been completed to the point where a walk through and punch list review are appropriate.

Usable Square Feet: The square feet in a building, suite, warehouse and so on that can actually be used by tenants. Due to building regulations and design issues, certain amounts of a space in a tenant suite may not be usable and such footage is excluded from this calculation

Unlike residential real estate, commercial real estate is primarily considered a business transaction. Learn the terms and you’re well on your way to moving smoothly through the process.

South African prosecutors charge ANC leader Jacob Zuma with corruption

Saturday, December 29, 2007

File:JacobZuma.jpg

Corruption-related charges have been brought against Jacob Zuma, the newly-elected leader of the African National Congress (ANC), according to his lawyer. A trial is scheduled to begin on August 14, 2008.

The charges stem from an arms deal with a French company, which is alleged to have involved bribes and fraud. Zuma’s financial adviser at the time, Schabir Shaik, was convicted in 2005 of attempting to solicit a bribe of US$72,500 per year from the arms company on Zuma’s behalf and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Zuma was fired as deputy president in 2005 by South African President Thabo Mbeki due to the scandal.

Two-term ANC leader Mbeki recently lost an ANC leadership contest to Jacob Zuma, who garnered about 60 percent of delegate votes in his win.

Zuma had been charged with corruption in 2005, but the case was dismissed on procedural grounds. Michael Hulley, Zuma’s defence lawyer, indicated that they will strongly contest the new charges in court. Hulley also suggested that the South African government’s National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) and its anti-organised crime division known as The Scorpions, have carried out a smear campaign against Zuma.

“These charges will be vigorously defended, in the context of the belief that the Scorpions (NPA) have acted wrongly and with improper motive calculated to discredit Mr. Zuma and ensure that he play no leadership role in the political future of our country,” said Michael Hulley in a statement.

Given that the ANC has been the governing party in South Africa since the end of apartheid in 1994, it is likely that Jacob Zuma could become the next president after general elections in 2009. Zuma has said, however, that he would resign if he was found guilty by the courts.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia CEO apologies for financial planning scandal

Thursday, July 3, 2014

Ian Narev, the CEO of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, this morning “unreservedly” apologised to clients who lost money in a scandal involving the bank’s financial planning services arm.

Last week, a Senate enquiry found financial advisers from the Commonwealth Bank had made high-risk investments of clients’ money without the clients’ permission, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars lost. The Senate enquiry called for a Royal Commission into the bank, and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Mr Narev stated the bank’s performance in providing financial advice was “unacceptable”, and the bank was launching a scheme to compensate clients who lost money due to the planners’ actions.

In a statement Mr Narev said, “Poor advice provided by some of our advisers between 2003 and 2012 caused financial loss and distress and I am truly sorry for that. […] There have been changes in management, structure and culture. We have also invested in new systems, implemented new processes, enhanced adviser supervision and improved training.”

An investigation by Fairfax Media instigated the Senate inquiry into the Commonwealth Bank’s financial planning division and ASIC.

Whistleblower Jeff Morris, who reported the misconduct of the bank to ASIC six years ago, said in an article for The Sydney Morning Herald that neither the bank nor ASIC should be in control of the compensation program.

Top Aesthetic Medicine Trends For 2011: Body Transformations From Lasers To Hcg Lead The Market

Submitted by: Leslie Marshall

The International Association For Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (http://www.IAPAM.com) has surveyed its membership, its medical faculty, and has consulted with numerous experts in aesthetic medicine, to develop a forecast for the top aesthetic medicine treatments or trends physicians can expect to see in 2011. Ultimately, physicians who add body transformation modalities such as minimally-invasive body shaping options or hCG for weight loss, and high income/low capital expense options such as medical grade chemical peels and physician directed skin care, will position themselves for growth in 2011.

The market for all minimally invasive procedures, from botox to ultrasound fat reduction will continue to out perform surgical options in 2011. Dr. Jessica Krant, respected New York City dermatologist confirms that, “given the tight economy and a bit of a backlash against “extreme” trends in aesthetic procedures, I believe that in 2011, the new aesthetic trend will be toward how LITTLE someone can get done and achieve a refreshed, more youthful version of themselves.” Consistent with this trend of “less is more,” the IAPAM forecasts a growth in non-invasive treatments in all aesthetic medicine arenas for 2011.

Body Shaping Market Expands

The aesthetic medicine industry will continue to see three types of body shaping equipment utilized, but laser-assisted lipolysis will be the most effective procedure with the most dramatic results. Physicians will see the non-invasive body shaping options increase. Industry experts predict that, “Zeltiq s CoolSculpting treatments will stay strong,” and Dr. Debra Jaliman agrees. “I have been using this innovative new technology in my practice since April, 2010. We use an external freezing device, so there is no pain or medication required. It is non-invasive, and 16 weeks later the patient has the effects of liposuction in the trunk area. We use it for love handles, backs, and belly fat.” Dr. Charles Mok is also a proponent of this innovative new technology. “By far the most exciting trend in aesthetic medicine is the FDA approval for the first ever non-invasive (non-surgical) device to permanently remove fat, CoolSculpt by Zeltiq.

Another body shaping technology that is becoming popular is Sound Surgical s ultrasound based VaserShape. California surgeon, Dr. Robert Troell, is impressed with the VaserShape. “Of all of the minimally invasive lipo devices on the market, this is the only one that I ve seen that works consistently and effectively, providing instant results in the first treatment. Dr. Gregory Buford, author of Beauty and the Business, agrees. “Looking at ASAPS statistics, the big push in Aesthetic Medicine over the last ten years is progressively heading towards more and more less invasive treatments. Patients are simply looking for ways to look younger and look better with minimal downtime and discomfort. In the area of body contouring, although laser-assisted liposuction made a big splash a few years back, now that the non-invasive modalities have hit the market, patients are looking at devices like the Vaser to help them with those stubborn spots.” Anti-aging expert, Dr. Richard Baxter also champions high-intensity focused ultrasound technologies. He too sees “a big trend for the next few years [being] high-intensity focused ultrasound for noninvasive body shaping and skin toning. For localized fat reduction, the HIFU technology [used by Vaser, Ultrashape and Liposonix] is intended to replace small-volume liposuction procedures with a nonsurgical alternative.”

While “presently fat-reduction HIFU systems are on the market in Europe and Asia but have not been cleared by the FDA for use in the U.S. (clinical trials were completed in 2010), comments Dr. Baxter, “2011 should be the year that “Ultrashape’s Countour and Medicis Liposonix ultrasound equipment will receive FDA approval,” forecasts Jeff Russell, Executive Director of the IAPAM, “and these technologies will capture a growing segment of the laser lipolysis market given that Zerona is still receiving mixed reviews from physicians and patients.”

Medical Weight Loss Grows

People will continue to focus on their own health in 2011. Due to increasing waistlines, “the U.S. faces its first sustained drop in life expectancy in the modern era,” the researchers say, and “adult obesity rates rose in 28 states over the past year” reports the annual , F as in Fat 2010 study. However, research has shown that a key to long term weight loss is a high ‘initial weight loss’ by the patient. Therefore, hCG for weight loss is positioned to have strong growth in 2011.

First discovered by Dr. Simeons in 1954, as outlined in his manuscript, Pounds and Inches, hCG has been used for over 50 years as a weight loss aid. hCG for weight management “is not a new procedure, but one that is going to explode in 2011 , predicts Jeff Russell. Administrating hCG for weight loss requires a properly trained physician who has been certified in the protocols, since the long term success of doing an hCG weight loss program is only achieved by using pharmaceutical strength hCG, not homeopathic hCG which mainly contains water and alcohol.

Finally, non-invasive body shaping equipment will also be needed for those physicians offering medically supervised weight loss, since those rapid weight loss programs, like hCG usually results in loose skin and small pockets of fat that are perfect for this type of equipment. This will be the leading equipment for non-surgically trained physicians. Dr. Oleg A. Davie, a board-certified physician with two offices in New York City, confirms, “high definition liposculpture is the most sophisticated and aesthetically-advanced procedure that combines the newest technologies with state-of-the-art techniques. The results are a more contoured and more natural appearance, which regular liposuction lacks. This procedure is an excellent solution not only for people who feel themselves overweight and wish to slim their bodies, but for many healthy, rather fit individuals as well. You can go to gym and diet but still have trouble getting the desirable level of muscle definition. With high-def liposculpture it’s possible to selectively remove even small deposits of fat around specific muscle groups, enhance, reveal natural contours.” Laserlipo equipment, like Palomar’s LifeSculpt system, will be essential to a physician in a “post-weight loss,” body sculpting program.

Cosmetic Injectable Choices Surge

2010 saw the addition of lidocaine to several dermal fillers, and in 2011 it is expected that 2 new options in the cosmetic injectable arena will be Xeomin, which received FDA approval for medical uses in 2010, and Mentor Corporation’s PurTox, which is completing its FDA approvals. Moreover, Medicis’ Dysport will continue to see gains over Allergan s Botox in 2011.

Also, Dr. Davie comments that, “given the variety of different dermal fillers available, more and more are being used, not just for ‘filling’, or in the correction of a specific line or fold, but for ‘face contouring’, volume correction, and a lifting effect, and not only a face lifting effect but some neck lift can be achieved by adding volume or “filling” particular parts of the face and upper neck. There are a number of different names for these procedures can be used including “liquid lift,” “volume lift,” “non-surgical lift, etc., but idea is the same: optimizing different parts of face and by this means, restoring the face to a natural, “like before” appearance.

Finally, experts like Dr. Davie suggest that, in connection with the trend to facial sculpting and adding volume, “the new, “modified” fat transfer procedures that allow transfer of more viable fat cells and subsequently better and longer lasting results (for example, ViaFill).” Equally, a new injectable option is the use of “PRP in cosmetic procedures. PRP – platelet rich plasma the patient’s own fraction of blood. About 10 cc of blood drawn, then a fraction of concentrated platelets – blood cells rich in different growth factors – separated and re-injected into the patient s face. Different techniques can be used and it can be added to fat to promote fat survival, used in combination with some dermal fillers to increase their longevity, used alone to stimulate the skin’s metabolic processes, etc. PRP has been used with success in different medical fields – ortho and sport medicine, wound healing, etc.”

Demand for Professional Grade Skin Care Treatments Increases

When the economy started to dip, people started to eliminate more expensive, skin care products from their cabinet. After several years, consumers are seeing the price for such a decision in the mirror. Industry professionals are going to see a trend toward more patients turning to professional skin care lines that contain active ingredients, which are only carried by physicians. In addition, providing skin care with each aesthetic treatment, ensures that a physician’s patients get the best, long term results from their treatments, augmenting cosmetic injections and laser procedures.

Cosmeceuticals will be the cornerstones of professional grade skin care lines. Products from industry leaders, like PCA Skin, which contain peptides, Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), antioxidants and/or caffeine, will underpin the most successful physician-directed regiments.

Chemical Peels and Microdermabrasion continue Strong Growth

Chemical peels and microdermabrasion were the two fastest growing minimally-invasive procedure last year according to the ASPS. As the baby boomer generation ages, industry experts in the IAPAM anticipate that demand for chemical peels will maintain, if not increase over 2011. With the economy still recovering, many of the more inexpensive, entry procedures, like chemical peels and microdermabrasion are becoming more popular. Chemical peels are great anti-aging and pigmentation correction treatments for issue with which most baby boomers suffer. Moreover, from a profitability perspective, physicians who can meet the facial rejuvenation needs of clients with chemical peels and medical mircordermabrasion will secure more consistent cash flows and profitability for their practices.

New Technologies for Non-Surgical Face and Eye Rejuvenation

The biggest recent advance in cosmetic eyelid treatments include the deep fractional lasers. Dr. Brent Kotlus comments that “dual depth resurfacing”, using “a combination of deep fractional ablation and superficial fractional ablation works to smooth lines and tighten skin around the eyes. In many cases, a patient can look like they had a blepharoplasty without surgery. It treats problems in skin layers affected by photoaging- the mid to deep dermis and the superficial dermis at the same time.” “Patients can combine dual-depth resurfacing with botox and filler” for synergistic enhancements.

Dr. Baxter also comments on facial skin lifting with High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). While not an alternative to a facelift, using ultrasound provides benefit to patients in their 40 s-50 s who have early signs of aging but are not ready for a surgical procedure. As the technologies mature and new applications are developed, HIFU holds the potential for fundamentally altering the approach to cosmetic medicine and surgery. HIFU can be used on any skin type and there is typically zero down-time.

Conclusion

Dr. Buford suggests that 2011 might be a year where bundling multiple treatments produces the most profitable offerings. “In the area of facial rejuvenation, we are continually updating our treatment methods and combining various modalities. As a speaker at the recent Cosmetic Surgery Forum, [I found that many physicians] are combining facial injectables with laser resurfacing to achieve dramatic results.” Dr. Buford believes that “the future lies within the synergy of combination treatments such as volumizers, lasers, and neuromodulators (such as Botox). Jeff Russell, Executive Director of the IAPAM concurs. “Physicians should consider adding both hCG for weight loss and body contouring services to their practices, to offer patients a complete and enduring body transformation experience.” The last word goes to Dr. Buford, “being able to combine treatments, I see great things ahead.”
